Cancellation & Refund Policy

Goods once sold will not be taken back unless prior written consent of Mystic Crystals & Creations is obtained.

If situation arise wherein genuine error is made by the User in identifying the required merchandise, the User may contact Mystic Crystals & Creations and request change in the merchandise for which order is placed. However, such requests will not be entertained if the order has already been processed and, or the merchandise has been shipped to the User.

Mystic Crystals & Creations reserves the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mystic Crystals & Creations and accept the decision as so decided by Mystic Crystals & Creations.

However, in case Mystic Crystals & Creations receives a cancellation notice and where the order has not been processed or shipment made, Mystic Crystals & Creations may accept the reasons submitted by the ordering User for cancellation of the order. In such cases, Mystic Crystals & Creations will refund the amount within 3-7 working days to the source of payment. However, in the situation of a monetary loss is being incurred by Mystic Crystals & Creations due to the cancellation of the User ordered item, Mystic Crystals & Creations would deduct a sum of up to 30% of the order value towards processing/restocking charges.

There is no refund policy for the amount, if the unit is defective we offer to replace the unit. 

To be eligible for replacement, the customer needs to record video of parcel while unboxing the parcel to check for any missing or damaged item, supported with images. The same needs to be shared with Mystic Crystals & Creations within 24 hrs. of receiving the parcel along with order details, date of purchase and complete address for replacement. Once validated all such replacements will be shipped to customer within 3 -7 working days. Replacement requests received after 24 hrs. will not be considered
